Oh hi everyone, it's been a while since I last blogged.
Let's see, events came and passed.
uhh yeah.
Blehh, away with the normal formalities, I just need to release my mind.
Well,
Firstly, I still think God's amazing.
Secondly, kinda my 'main' topic today, uhh well, human behaviour.
Thirdly, God provides.
Well, God really does amazes me with everything.
The people that I'm with, the new friends that I've aqquired.
The children and the 'children' that I'm teaching.
Well, God sure does gives answers with time.
Things have been pretty good when it's along these lines,
maybe 'cos God really does know my heart and the love that I've recieved and given.
But in any case, the people placed in my life's there for a reason
and it ain't coincidence as some might say.
I just hope that they're here to stay.
And well, for the 'main' topic, human behaviour,
Well, I've noticed quite a bit, I must say.
Along with God's directions, and with well, good friends that God placed in my life,
and yes, I will proudly say, Eric J/Ner/Nat/Edward/Sim/Jonathan/part of the sisterhood, are inclusive in this,
along with their beautiful thoughts and ideas that's been opened to mine.
I really feel that the world's changing.
People are unhappy so easily.
Unhappy with life. Unhappy with their status. Unhappy with the world. Unhappy with themselves.
And the question is,
Why?
Through various discussions and God's word, I realised along with the help of my friends,
people are really unsatisfied.
Humans are unsatisfied with their life, because they based it on others.
Humans are unsatisfied with their status, 'cos there's always someone higher.
Humans are unsatisfied with the world, just because they feel that she isn't giving them what they want.
And humans are unsatisfied with themselves, just because society agrees so.
Really, is there a need to push someone else down just so you can get higher?
Is there a need to always be the numerical 1st?
Is there a need to be someone you're not, just to feel accepted?
Many humans don't realise that when you push someone down, just to get what you want,
isn't going to help them achieve 'perfection'.
They would never reach that stage where they're at perfection, simply because,
well, we're all humans.
We're made to make mistakes.
And just because your 'goal' is to be the best, it doesn't need to be the numerical 1st.
That's society's standard's best. Not yours.
God wanted us to try, to give OUR best. Not what society's derivation of what the BEST is.
As for status, honestly, what's the point in labeling yourself.
Like come on, people nowadays always talk about not judging others or to stop judging others.
Well, I do agree with that, that we have no right to judge others. We're still humans.
But what's up with all the 'oh-you're-so-popular-you-have-a-thousand-plus-friends-on-fb'
or how about 'oh-I-delete-my-friends-on-fb-just-because-I-want-my-'privacy''
or how about another one, 'oh-I-want-my-privacy-but-I-don't-want-my-retweet-button-sign-on-twitter-to-be-gone-because-people-cannot-retweet-me'
Sound's familiar doesn't it?
Is the number of facebook friends that you have going to help with your college/job application?
Is the number of retweets that you have per tweet going to be the number of days your marriage's gonna last?
Obviously, no right?
Is there really a need then, to impose statuses on each other or create self-impose statuses for no one's benefit?
Think about it.
And now, about unsatisfaction towards the world because it would seem that the whole world's against you at some point in time.
We might say, the world's gonna end next year anyway, let's just do everything we want now.
We're gonna stay young and die young anyway. Let's rebel and break all rules, we want to be free.
But what if those people, who I can't even be bothered to remember their names at this point of time, were just merely tired so they took a break from counting and then lost count? What if the world's not going to end just like they estimated it would?
What are you gonna say? What are you gonna do when it's 2013 and you have no where left in life to go?
Seriously.
And anyway, it's in the bible itself that no human would be able to count and give an accurate date that Christ would return.
So why bother believing those people who actually bothered to 'count' the days till Christ returns?!
It's gonna be inaccurate anyways.
Okay, I'm digressing but well, why are humans angry with the world just because she can't provide for their wants?
It's YOUR wants anyway, not the world's. It's YOUR need, not the world's.
Is the world going to somehow magically import branded and luxury items and goods to your place just because you want them?
I'm sorry if you still live in your fantasy world where everything you wish would appear right before your eyes, but no.
And well, when people think that they don't know what their purpose on earth is, AND the earth/world still has to owe you EVERYTHING, I've got something for you. If you ain't helping yourself, no one would help you, including God.
He did say that He would provide, but He also said that we had to have faith to believe that as long as we put in our all, God will provide the rest. We would succeed eventually. Because we already won in the end, and if it's what God wants, nothing can stop it, because Jesus died on the cross already. For us. His children. So don't doubt God, yourself and your God-given capabilities.
Here's a quote by one of my favourite authors, Paulo Coelho.
'But if you believe yourself worthy of the thing you fought so hard to get,
then you become an instrument of God, you help the soul of the world,
and you understand why you are here.'
Okay, and on to the last subpoint of the 'main topic', Unsatisfaction with yourself, just because society agrees so.
Well, society's screwed.
Since when was friends with benefits acceptable. Since when did anorexia and bulimia become a norm.
Since when was gender changing a need. And since when did abortion become a legalised and promoted.
Seriously, with multiple sex partners, you're not exactly going to find true love. Plus, the risk of aids just got so much higher.
And seriously, God would not discriminate and hate you just because you're 'FAT', He made you a slightly bigger in size for a reason anyway! And just for extra information and possibly trying to convince y'all to stop dieting and puking,
a research was conducted in Australia about MEN's PREFERENCES about WOMEN's SIZES,
OVER 90% OF AUSSIE MEN PREFER THEIR WOMEN TO HAVE A LITTLE MORE MEAT.
GET THAT FEMALES?! MEN DON'T WANT YOU TO BE A STICK. THEY WANT NORMAL GIRLS WITH SOME MEAT.
So quit dieting and puking, YOU'RE NOT GONNA GET THE GUY IN THE END.
And well, if God made you a male, why do you want to be a female???
Are you trying to insult God by saying that He made a mistake in creating you a boy, so YOU HAD TO CHANGE TO A GIRL?
Wow, you've sure got balls then.
Oh and about abortion, I'll put it clear that I'm against it.
Why? Well, I feel that humans have no right in severing the life of another without the given chance to live in the first place.
Yes you might say that you can't afford another child, or you don't want to keep your rapist's offspring.
But let me ask you this, IF you believed and trusted that God will provide entirely for your family and for the correct upbringing for your child, would you keep the child?
Or how about your offspring, though the father would probably be the rapist, you're still the mother.
The child after all, is still your flesh and blood. Would you want to YOUR CHILD to not know BOTH their parents?
One is still better than none.
So why follow the ways of a screwed up society when you have God on your side.
You can live your life fruitfully and planned in the way that God wanted it to be.
Yes, there will be troubled times, but hey, we won in the end, God will help us eventually.
And to my final point, God provides.
Ahh well, IF GOD CAN PROVIDE FOR ME, HE SURE CAN PROVIDE FOR YOU.
But you've gotta believe in him and trust that whatever he does, is for the better.
You wouldn't know your future unless God told you anyway.
AHHHHHHHH NOW I FEEL A LIL' BIT RELIEVED COS I MANAGED TO TYPE EVERYTHING OUT.
Gonna eat dinner soon!! Oh and I got my prom dress already ^^
